Freeze-Drying with Deepwell Plates Using the Frontloader

This application note demonstrates the freeze-drying of samples in Deepwell Plates using the BÜCHI Lyovapor™ L-210 Pro combined with the Frontloader and heatable shelves. A 5% maltodextrin solution was used to verify the drying process. All samples remained below the collapse temperature and formed homogeneous, non-collapsed cakes without product fly-out, confirming reliable and convenient processing of multiple samples.
