Nutsche Filter Dryers are highly efficient, enclosed systems that combine filtration, cake washing, and vacuum drying in a single unit. Designed for batch processing, they are ideal for industries requiring high purity and product containment—such as pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, and food production.

These systems handle solid-liquid separation by charging a slurry into the vessel, filtering out the liquid under pressure or vacuum, and drying the resulting cake with controlled heat and agitation. All operations take place in a sealed environment, minimizing contamination risk and ensuring maximum product recovery.
